Sidney James Cake, Civil Defence second-in-command, on RH of 3 men at back (54 Gloucester Road, Parkstone). Ronald Goldsmith, CD Sergeant, centre of 3 men in back row (former prison warder). No. 1 post Branksome, first aid nursing and ambulance party taken in garden by Branksome Lib. 1940-44.
